The YMSC “Curved Glass” Model is the most attractive self-contained refrigeration unit on the market. The YMSC’s new design creates a more visable foodzone, built with more glass and less steel. The back side of the case is set at a an angle, a convenient design preferred by sushi chefs. The YMSC is customizable, available in various lengths.
